Return Policy

-Orders are processed within 1-2 business days in a cardboard mailer for protection.

Estimated time of arrival for Canada: 2-5 business days

Estimated time of arrival for U.S.A: 7-12 business days

Firstly, I am so sorry if you have not received your order! I will do everything I can to resolve this. I want my products in your hands. I want to resolve this just as much as you! I hope to give every customer a great experience with my shop.

I try to offer my products at the lowest price possible. With that said, the cheapest shipping option does NOT include tracking. It’s beyond my control if a package is lost, but that doesn’t mean I can’t or won’t help you out.

Damaged or incorrect orders may be returned or exchanged. Any damage/ packing oversight must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We ask that any cancellations or changes changes be made within one business day of ordering.
